地质钻进过程数据处理与智能监测方法综述

A Review of Data Processing and Intelligent Monitoring Methods for Geological Drilling Processes

  • 摘要: 地质钻进是能源勘探、资源开发与环境保护的重要基础,对国家能源安全与可持续发展具有重要意义。面对深层与非常规资源勘探带来的复杂地质条件,传统监测技术已难以满足高效与安全作业需求。文章从数据处理与智能监测2方面,对地质钻进过程的关键技术与研究进展进行系统综述:在数据处理层面,重点分析了数据增强与降维技术在复杂工况下的适用性及其局限性;在智能监测方法层面,总结了不同建模方案的核心思想,梳理了各类方法中监测统计量的构造原理与物理含义。最后,文章对当前研究存在的挑战进行了深入分析,对未来的研究进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Geological drilling is a fundamental basis for energy exploration, resource development, and environmental protection, and it is of great significance to national energy security and sustainable development. In the face of complex geological conditions brought by deep and unconventional resource exploration, traditional monitoring technologies can no longer meet the requirements of efficient and safe operations. This paper reviews the key methods and research progress of the geological drilling process from the aspects of data processing and intelligent monitoring. At the data processing level, the applicability and limitations of data augmentation and dimensionality reduction techniques under complex operating conditions are analyzed. At the intelligent monitoring level, the core ideas of different modeling schemes are summarized, and the construction principles and physical meanings of monitoring statistics in various methods are sorted out. Finally, the challenges facing current research have been thoroughly analyzed, and the research trends and future development directions are discussed.
