基于红外温度场的高速公路隧道火灾检测与消防炮灭火

Fire Detection Based on Infrared Temperature Field Analysis and Fire Suppression by Fire Cannon in Highway Tunnels

  • 摘要: 火灾检测是避免火灾发生的关键。针对传统的火灾探测方法应用在高速隧道中存在火情识别率低、无法对火源位置进行精准定位等问题,提出一种基于红外热成像的消防炮集成式火灾检测与灭火方法:将非制冷型红外阵列传感器与AT32F435微控制器集成于消防炮装置,通过对火场红外图像的层级处理提取温度场分布图像,并根据温度跃升速率特性与空间传播特性实现早期的火灾识别;结合温度场的计算与识别检测确认火情发生点,并输出火情坐标进而控制消防炮运动,使消防炮能够精确指向着火点进行灭火。该方案为隧道灭火提供另一种消防方式,为隧道消防炮的智能网联提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Fire detection is crucial for preventing fire disasters. In highway tunnels, the complex internal environment often leads to low identification rates and an inability to locate fire sources when using traditional detection methods. To address these issues, this paper proposes an integrated fire detection and extinguishing method based on infrared thermal imaging, combined with a smart fire cannon system. The system integrates an uncooled infrared array sensor and an AT32F435 microcontroller into the fire cannon device. Through layered processing of infrared images from the fire scene, it extracts temperature field distribution data and achieves early fire identification based on characteristics such as the rate of temperature rise and spatial propagation. Furthermore, by analyzing the temperature field, the system confirms the fire location and outputs its coordinates to control the fire cannon’s movement, enabling precise targeting and suppression of the flame. This approach provides an alternative solution for tunnel firefighting and lays a foundation for the intelligent networking of tunnel fire protection systems.
