航空用圆弧泛摆内啮合齿轮泵性能数值分析

Numerical Analysis on the Performance of Circular Arc Oscillating Internal Gear Pump for Aviation

  • 摘要: 为研究航空用圆弧泛摆内啮合齿轮泵在油气混输条件下的输送性能,采用容积效率作为齿轮泵的性能指标,基于Pumplinx软件应用雷诺时均法k-ε湍流模型和VOF两相流模型进行数值模拟,分析油气两相条件下不同运行转速、端面间隙、转子级数以及转子厚度对齿轮泵容积效率的影响。结果表明:在入口截面含油率较低时,齿轮泵的容积效率随着转速的增加先增大后降低,入口截面含油率较高时,容积效率随着转速的增加而降低,在含油率为70%时,容积效率下降的最大幅值为27.79%;不同入口截面含油率下,齿轮泵的容积效率随着端面间隙的增大而降低;在入口截面含油率较低时,齿轮泵的容积效率随着转子级数的增加呈负相关,在入口截面含油率较高时,齿轮泵的容积效率随着转子级数的增加呈正相关;不同的入口截面含油率下,齿轮泵的容积效率均随着转子厚度的增加而降低,下降的最大幅值为35.51%。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the transport performance of the circular oscillating internal gear pump for aviation under the condition of mixed transport of oil and gas, this paper took the volume efficiency as the performance index of the gear pump, and by using the Reynolds time mean k-ε turbulence model and the VOF two-phase flow model based on Pumplinx to simulate. The effects of different running speed, end clearance, rotor stage and rotor thickness on the volume efficiency of gear pump under the condition of oil and gas two-phase were analyzed. The results show that when the oil content of the inlet section is low, the volume efficiency of the gear pump first increases and then decreases with the increase of the rotational speed. When the oil content is 70%, the maximum reduction of volume efficiency is 27.79%; when the gas content of the inlet is high, the volume efficiency decreases with the increase of the rotational speed; the volume efficiency of the gear pump decreases with the increase of the end clearance at different inlet sections. When the oil content of the inlet section is low, the volume efficiency of the gear pump is negatively correlated with the increase of the rotor series; when the oil content of the inlet section is high, the volume efficiency of the gear pump is positively correlated with the increase of the rotor series; the volume efficiency of gear pump decreases with the increase of rotor thickness under different inlet sections, and the maximum value of decrease is 35.51%.
