液环泵复合叶轮叶片数及短叶片设计方法

Design Method of Blade Number and Short Blade for Liquid-ring Pump with Splitter Blades

  • 摘要: 为建立针对液环泵复合叶轮长短叶片的设计方法,提高液环泵的效率和入口真空度,采用理论推导的方法得出液环泵复合叶轮叶片数、短叶片进出口偏置角和直径的计算公式,并采用实验和数值仿真相结合的方法验证该方法的准确性。结果表明:设计的复合叶轮液环泵在0.02、0.035和0.05 kg·s–1流量工况处的效率分别提高了2%、1.4%和4.3%,真空度分别提高了4.12、3.1和2.21 kPa;复合叶轮液环泵的内流场分布更加均匀,泵内流动损失降低,该方法设计的液环泵复合叶轮具有较好的水力性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to establish the design method of the liquid-ring pump with splitter blades so that improve the efficiency and inlet vacuum of the liquid ring pump, the formulas of blade number, the offset angle of the inlet and outlet of the short blade and the diameter of the inlet and outlet of the short blade were obtained by theoretical derivation. The accuracy of design theory was verified by using the method of combining experiment and numerical simulation. Compared with the original model, the efficiency of the liquid-ring pump with splitter blades at 0.02, 0.035 and 0.05 kg·s–1 is increased by 2%, 1.4% and 4.3%, and the vacuum is increased by 4.12, 3.1 and 2.21 kPa. The internal flow field distribution of the liquid-ring pump with splitter blades designed according to this method is more uniform, the flow loss in the pump is reduced. The liquid-ring pump with splitter blades designed by this method has great hydraulic performance.
