耐腐蚀水乳液的制备及其在涂料中的应用

Study on the Preparation of Corrosion-resistant Emulsion and Its Application in Coatings

  • 摘要: 水性化技术是消除传统溶剂型涂料中挥发性有机物(VOC)的有效手段,但现有水性涂料的耐腐蚀性与溶剂型产品相差较大。本文以二元醇、异氰酸酯、环氧树脂等为基本原料,合成一种自乳化型耐腐蚀水乳液并制备相应涂料,对乳液进行红外表征,优化乳液固化条件,并对固化后涂料的耐热性及其基本性能进行分析测试。结果表明:所制备的乳液分子中各原料发生了预设的反应;二元醇分子量对产物耐腐蚀性能有一定影响,当分子量为4 000时,产物耐腐蚀性最优;乳液与固化剂质量比为8:1时达到最优配比;该涂料的耐中性盐雾试验时间可达1 100 h以上;其他各种性能良好。

     

    Abstract: The preparation of water-based materials is one of an effective method to eliminate the volatile organic compounds (VOC) in solvent-based coatings. Corrosion resistance of the present waterborne coatings is much worse than the solvent-based products. The corrosion resistant emulsion was prepared by using the glycol, isocyanate, and epoxy resin as the main raw materials. The chemical structure, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance of the emulsion and the corresponding coatings were characterized. Other basic performance were tested. Results show that the prepared emulsion molecules were subjected to the preset reaction. The molecular weight of glycol could affect the corrosion resistance of the product. When the molecular weight is 4 000, the corrosion resistance of the product is optimal. The optimum ratio is reached when the mass ratio of emulsion to curing agent is 8:1. Salt spray test of the coatings is longer than 1 100 hours and the other properties of the coatings are also good.
