含铝铜基烧结含油轴承的制备

Preparation of Cu-based Sintered Oil Bearing with Al

  • 摘要: 为降低铜基含油轴承的制造成本,同时满足强度和耐腐蚀性等要求,采用粉末冶金技术,在氮气气氛中920 ℃烧结120 min,制备铝质量分数为15%的含铝铜基烧结含油轴承,分析烧结试样的性能和微观结构,在此基础上,进一步探讨铝的质量分数分别为10%、15%、20%和25%时对烧结试样性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,当铝的质量分数为15%时,烧结试样具有良好的综合性能,压溃强度和含油率分别为170.90 MPa、8.32%。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the production cost of Cu-based sintered oil bearing and meet the requirements of strength and corrosion resistance, the Cu-based sintered oil bearing (containing 15% Al by mass) was prepared by powder metallurgy technology at 920 ℃ for 120 min in N2 atmosphere. The properties and microstructures of the sintered samples were measured. Further, the effects of Al content, with 10%、15%、20% and 25%, on the properties and microstructures of the sintered samples were investigated. The results show that, the optimal properties of the sintered samples are obtained when the mass fraction of Al is 15%, and the crushing strength and oil content reaches 177.90 MPa and 9.43%, respectively.
