The integration evaluation index of Yibin City Sanjiang New Area under the strategy of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle of A Tale of Two Cities: constructed Research based on grounded theory

The Master Plan for the Construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle has made important instructions for refining and implementing the development strategy of the Economic Circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing Region. In order to implement the development strategy of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and push high-quality economic development, Sichuan Province has identified Sanjiang New Area in Yibin City as the first provincial-level new area. There is urgent requirement to promote its urbanization of the industrial park and build the Sanjiang New Area into the core engine of the southern part of the Chengdu-Chongqing region and the Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou junction. The present study takes research on the Yibin Sanjiang New Area, and collects the original data on the integrated development of industry and city. By combining the literature of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing area and the development policy of the Yibin Municipal Government, the research provides in-depth interview records and other literature, with an aim to improve the evaluation index system of the integration of industry and city, and evaluate the integration of industry and city in Yibin Sanjiang New Area. The paper proposes an optimization path of the integrated development of industry and city in Yibin Sanjiang New Area.
