Strengthening Design of a Cement Silo with Tube Structure

摘要: 因“5.12”汶川特大地震影响, 某水泥库受到严重损坏。依据工程鉴定结果及该水泥库的破坏情况, 加固方案中水泥库壁采用沿裂缝粘贴钢板的方式进行加固, 环形梁采用梁下加腋的方式进行加固, 局部混凝土结构裂缝采用封闭补强裂缝的方式进行加固。本文从技术可行性、施工周期、工程造价等方面综合考虑加固方案, 并简要介绍加固的施工过程, 也为以后类似工程提供了有价值的参考。Abstract: A cement silo with tube structure was seriously damaged in "5.12" Wen chuan Earthquake.Based on the evaluation results and the actual condition of the cement silo, cylinder wall was strengthened by means of pasted steel plate along the crack while circular beam was strengthened by means of haunched beam.Partial concrete structure was strengthened by means of repairing crack.In consideration of technical feasibility, construction cycle and project construction cost, the construction procedure of strengthening was also introduced in this paper.It provides future similar projects with useful reference.
