顺应食品工业化发展趋势做强成都川菜产业

Follow the Trend of Food Industrialization and Strengthen the Sichuan Cuisine Industry in Chengdu

    目的/意义全面论述食品工业化是大势所趋,并分析成都在顺应、参与、促进食品工业化工作中诸多需要警觉的问题,旨在为成都市食品工业化的发展提供可借鉴思路,从而探索成都市食品工业化发展的道路。
    方法/过程从食品工业化的意义、国内食品工业化的发展机遇、国外食品工业化的发展现状三个方面来论述食品工业化是食品产业发展的大趋势,并揭示成都川菜产业的现状。
    结果/结论成都市的食品工业化工作还存在诸多需要警觉的问题,需要从尽快制定我市食品工业化发展战略及规划、高度重视食品业的基础性产业稳定支撑地位、引导食品产业协同整合、强化食品产业体系建设、安全监管服务于食品工业化等五个方面来促进成都市食品工业化的发展。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective/SignificationThe paper comprehensively discusses that food industrialization is the trend of times, and analyzes some current problems in food industrialization, such as adjustment, participation and promotion. It aims at providing referential ideas for food industrialization development and exploring its developing path in Chengdu.
    Method/ProcessThe paper explains food industrialization as a trend of times from three aspects: the significance of food industrialization, the developing opportunities of domestic food industry, and developing situation of foreign food industry. It also reveals the condition of Sichuan cuisine nowadays.
    Result/ConclusionThe paper summerizes that food industry in Chengdu still faces many serious problems. It is necessary to make strategies and planning for food industrial development, to attach great importance to the supporting basis of food industry, to guide collaborative integration in food industry, to strengthen the system construction and safety supervision in food industry. These five aspects will promote the development of food industrialization in Chengdu.
