数字经济与制造业高质量发展的耦合协调分析基于成都与北京的比较

Coupling and Coordination Analysis of Digital Economy and High-quality Development of Manufacturing IndustryBased on the Comparison between Chengdu and Beijing

  • 摘要: 成都作为西部重要的增长极和成渝地区双城经济圈的核心成员,正在加快建设数字经济创新发展试验区。本文首先分析了数字经济与制造业高质量发展的耦合机理,构建了相应的评价指标体系,然后以成都为研究对象,并将其与北京进行对比,运用熵值法测算了两个城市数字经济、制造业高质量发展的综合指数,分析了两城市数字经济与制造业高质量发展的耦合协调发展动态特征。研究发现:理论上,数字经济通过提升经济效益、促进绿色发展、引致技术创新以及增加社会效益等途径促进制造业高质量发展;实证结果表明成都数字经济与制造业高质量发展综合水平总体呈上升趋势,二者已达到中级协调阶段,但与北京相比还有待提高。基于此,成都应借鉴北京等城市的相关经验,在发展数字经济的同时加强数字经济与制造业的融合,实现二者的优质协调。

     

    Abstract: Chengdu, as an important growth pole in the west and a core member of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, is accelerating the construction of digital economy innovation and development pilot zone. This paper first analyzes the coupling mechanism between digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and builds the corresponding evaluation index system, and then makes comparison between Chengdu and Beijing, calculates the comprehensive index of digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in two regions by entropy method, analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development between digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the two cities. The study finds that, theoretically, digital economy promotes high-quality development of manufacturing industry by improving economic benefits, promoting green development, inducing technological innovation and increasing social benefits. The empirical results show that the comprehensive level of digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Chengdu is generally on the rise, and they have reached the intermediate coordination stage, but compared with Beijing, they still need to be improved. Based on this, the paper suggests that Chengdu learn from the relevant experience of Beijing and other cities, strengthen the integration of digital economy and manufacturing industry to achieve high-quality coordination between the two.
