Studying influencing factors of poverty alleviation satisfaction is conducive to improve poverty alleviation measures and promote poverty alleviation satisfaction of poor households. Based on 1091 samples of deep poverty-stricken areas in Tibet, this paper uses structural equation modeling to analyze influencing factors and degree of poor households' satisfaction with targeted poverty alleviation. The study finds that poor households have a high overall satisfaction with targeted poverty alleviation. But differences exist in satisfaction for accurate identification, industrial assistance, help in village, and relocation and settlement projects. However, they all have a significant positive impact on targeted poverty alleviation, among which, help in village is the biggest, followed by the accurate identification. At the same time, accurate identification, industrial assistance, help in village, and relocation and settlement interacting with each other. When consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation, it is suggested to give full play to the incentive mechanism, to select seriously cadres to give help in villages, to reinforce the identification and monitoring of the vulnerable population so as to prevent them from returning to poverty, to solve the problems in production and employment of relocated households, and to improve the effect of industrial assistance.
