新质生产力何以赋能民族地区乡村振兴?基于动态QCA的定性比较分析

How New Quality Productive Forces Empower Rural Revitalization in Ethnic Minority Regions: A Dynamic QCA Analysis

  • 摘要: 新质生产力能为民族地区乡村振兴提质增效,但新质生产力要素赋能机制以及要素之间的联动效应有待揭示。文章基于民族八省区2013年—2022年的面板数据,采用动态QCA的方法对新质生产力赋能民族地区乡村振兴的组态路径进行实证分析。整体而言,单一的新质生产力要素不构成结果发生的必要条件,但无形劳动资料和新质产业发展对民族地区乡村振兴发展的重要性程度逐年上升;存在组态1“技术生态协同型”,组态2“技术产业牵引型”,组态3“多元要素协同型”,组态4“内生主体驱动型”四条路径可充分赋能民族地区乡村振兴;时间维度上,组态1—组态3并无明显的时间效应,而组态4时间效应较为明显,表明内源式发展模式尚不稳定;在空间维度上,组态1对西南地区的效用更加明显,而西北地区更加依赖于组态2和组态4,组态3的效用未表现出明显地区差异。

     

    Abstract: New quality productive forces can enhance the quality and efficiency of rural revitalization in ethnic regions; however, the mechanisms through which these forces exert their influence and the interactions among their elements remain unclear. Using panel data from 2013 to 2022 covering eight ethnic provinces and autonomous regions in China, this study employs dynamic Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) to empirically examine the configurational paths through which new quality productive forces empower rural revitalization. Overall, no single element of new quality productive forces constitutes a necessary condition for effective rural revitalization. Nevertheless, the importance of intangible labor resources and the development of new industries has been increasing year by year. Four configurational pathways are identified: Configuration 1, the “Technology-Ecology Synergy Model”; Configuration 2, the “Technology-Industry Driven Model”; Configuration 3, the “Multi-Element Synergy Model”; and Configuration 4, the “Endogenous Subject-Driven Model,” all of which can effectively empower rural revitalization in ethnic regions. Temporally, Configurations 1–3 exhibit no significant effects, whereas Configuration 4 shows a more pronounced temporal effect, suggesting that the endogenous development model remains unstable. Spatially, Configuration 1 exerts greater effectiveness in the southwest, while the northwest relies more on Configurations 2 and 4; the effect of Configuration 3 shows no notable regional variation.
